I'm a senior writer at CBS Sports, where I've been since 2010. I primarily cover college basketball (and do a lot of podcasting for CBS about hoops) but also cover the NBA Draft, am CBS’ lead Olympics columnist and occasionally dabble in golf. I’m an analyst/insider for CBS Sports HQ, which is a stellar 24/7 digital streaming platform that delivers news, analysis, interviews — and gobs of highlights.
Prior to working with CBS Sports I freelanced at Yahoo Sports, USA Today and FoxSports.com. I also ran and operated my independent college basketball site, College Hoops Journal, from 2007-2012. (RIP.)
In terms of music writing, I've contributed to Relix Magazine since 2014. My music-oriented podcast, Records & Riffs, was first recorded in the summer of 2015 and released into the wild in September of that year.
I majored in journalism at Western Connecticut State University. You're welcome to follow me on Twitter right here, and you can like my professional Facebook page, if so inclined. The podcast also has a Twitter handle, where you can find links and updates to all things music.
I'd love to hear from you! If you'd prefer to shoot me an email, head over here and sling a note.
